  • Refunds will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card used during the transaction.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your services. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Customers can cancel their requested services within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds for canceled services will be processed back to the original payment solution used during the transaction.
  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
